GAUGES README

This Panel is a modification of the CFS P-51D Panel. It adds the standard Gryphon style Navigation panels and light switches for the VB-P51D. If you do not understand how to use the Navigation panels, there is an illustrated Word Document: "How to use the Navigation Window." It explains each feature of the navigation panel and includes a round robin flight for using the various instruments. The Tutorial is on the Old Geezer website http://www.oldgeezers.org/index.html . Look under "Files/Word Document on how to Navigate"

The two toggle switches above the fuel selector on the right side of the panel operate the Navigation pop-ups.

There is also an Icon for the Map and Kneeboard pop-up features. Those icons are to the left of the flap lever.

The enclosed P51D notes will appear on the kneeboard and contain NDB and coordinate information for Europe. You must put the notes folder in the main aircraft folder for it to work.

The gauges used in this panel are from the CFS Defaults on the CFS-II
CDROM; Freeware; and some created by Gryphon Aviation.

The Freeware and Gryphon Aviation (GA_) gauges may not be used without
